Office Manager

Qualification: Min. Bachelors Degree

Salary: £ 29,000 – £ 39,000

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience is required

• Manage employee schedules, resolve potential conflicts, and ensure adequate staffing for IT projects

• Maintain inventory of office supplies and IT equipment; place orders as needed

• Help establish, document, and maintain internal procedures for project workflows, client onboarding, and system use

• Assist senior management with administrative, project, and client coordination tasks

• Support the recruitment process for technical and administrative roles, including shortlisting and initial screening

• Attend industry seminars, training sessions, and compliance briefings to stay current with IT standards and best practices

• Supervise office operations to ensure a productive and efficient working environment

• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely updates and follow-ups on client support requests

• Address internal operational issues and support team members with task planning and prioritisation

• Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to ensure proper resource allocation and workflow planning

• Use business software tools (e.g. QuickBooks, Trello, Google Workspace, or CRM systems) to manage operations, track progress, and assist with reporting
